Fe's Beauty Parlor was established in 1990 in Malandag. The business was founded by its owner out of a deep passion for beauty services and strong inspiration from her father. With a background in Commerce, she applied her knowledge and skills to manage and operate the parlor effectively.
In its early years, the parlor was simple and traditional. The owner personally handled daily operations, ensuring good performance and quality service for every customer. She focused on providing a warm and welcoming environment, believing that excellent customer service would encourage clients to return. Her friendly approach and dedication helped build strong relationships with customers, making them loyal to the business.
The parlor mainly accepted walk-in customers. Transactions were conducted on a cash basis, and all financial records, including daily income, were tracked manually. Despite the lack of modern technology, the owner maintained organized records and closely monitored the business's performance.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Fe's Beauty Parlor faced significant challenges. The number of customers decreased due to health restrictions and safety concerns, which affected the business's income. However, through determination and resilience, the owner was able to recover after the lockdown. She gradually restored operations and continued improving her services to attract customers again.
To this day, Fe's Beauty Parlor remains a testament to the owner's unwavering commitment, passion, and hands-on management style — key factors that have sustained the business for over three decades and counting.
